"Well I order delivery online and it included a tip. I received a call from driver James Keasler stating he has a bad knee could someone come downstairs and get the food because he could go up stairs. My thing is why is he working if he can't go up stairs and I left a tip but he didn't deliver my food to my door my boyfriend went down to his car and got our food. POOR SERVICE!!! Next time I will be mindful of my tip since Papa John's driver's don't want to work"

"Well lord, soon as i was about to write review i see nothing but bad reviews so no need really!, but i placed a delivery order, i track order and said it was delivered but i never got it, had to call cooperate just to get in touch with them cause after i complained and talked with them i still never got my order, and they said they will remake it and send and the young lady on phone laughed like it was funny. they lucky i was at work ! and couldn't get off the clock !"

"I originally gave one star due to my order coming cooked wrong, things missing, etc. I was especially angry because I’ve had major health issues lately. However, after my feedback was seen, the manager remedied everything and really went above and beyond to right the situation. Maybe it was an off night when I ordered the first time. Either way I appreciate that they had the empathy to help me and get everything sorted. I’ll edit again once I have gotten the food."

"Update 1/6 Management made it right. Pizza was perfect, delicious and the best so far from there. Update again 1/1- They dropped the ball again. No garlic parmesan crust, not well done and a lot of cheese when I requested light cheese. Unfortunately, they are added to the list of unreliable chains. Update: ordered again on 12/15 and they forgot to use the garlic parmesan crust, but fast delivery and the rest of it was accurate. I don’t order pizza often nowadays, but used to fairly often in the past. I have ordered from multiple Papa Johns locations in multiple cities and states and they are consistent. I just ordered the garden fresh pizza with garlic parmesan crust. My order was accurate, on time and tasty! I only wish they had vegan options."
