"Solid burrito joint... everything is fresh and they have a lot of options. Love the food but this location is on the back end of an office building. The patio feels like you wandered into an office park smoking area. Love the way they grill your burrito so I'll be back."

"We love this restaurant, but tonight was a different experience. There was no chicken or pork. The lettuce was browning quickly and the serving station was a mess. Also the beef was way too salty and the chipotle ranch was way too spicy. The salsa bar was empty and never replaced after a request. This was a 6pm on Sunday, with three more hours left to stay open. We will eat here again, just wanted to make you aware."

"While the staff was attentive and friendly, I did not see anybody change gloves one time. They were all sharing responsibilities from running the cash register, handing out mobile orders and preparing orders. Gloves only protect the customer when there is no cross contamination. Another incident happened in the dining area when what appeared to be an off the clock employee came in to speak to a coworker about an apparent conflict between them. They were off to the side but we could hear their entire conversation and she was visibly upset. Whether she was justified in what she was upset about, I’m sure there was a more appropriate place in the restaurant to have the conversation not in ear-shot of customers. Would love to come back when sanitation practices have been addressed."

"We went to this location after our daughter’s swim meet on 12/16/23. We walked in and ordered at 12:11 and there were no customers in line and two other parties sitting at their tables eating. The dining room was a disaster. We were hungry and proceeded to order our food. The employees weren’t at all friendly in anyway…. (Yall need to take notes from the Waycross location) There was a guy on the grill that was cooking up fresh tons carnitas. Our daughter ordered Carnitas burrito and instead of waiting for fresh Carnitas he scraped the bottom of the container and gave my daughter dried up Carnitas. She said it was dried too. The rice in all of our dishes was hard and crunchy. The serving bar itself looked like a hot mess like a rush had been there before us. However, there was only two parties there in the dining room at noon when we got there. We went to find a table and find a clean table or chairs for that matter, and I got some napkins and wiped down some chairs and we sat at the cleanest table. We could find. There was garbage all over the floor because apparently there was a missing garbage can in the trash receptacle so people had thrown their garbage, and it went straight through down to the floor. After cleaning the tables, I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and the lid to the trashcan was in the sink and there was no liner in the trashcan. My husband said the same thing in his bathroom. There was no employees in sight working on cleaning the bathrooms and no employees ever once attended to the dining room. There was never any flavored lemonades available from the time we arrived for the lunch patrons and that’s one of our favorite features of Surcheros. we have had amazing experiences at the Waycross location and the Brunswick location but my husband and mine thoughts were that the owner of this location needs to be aware at what an awful state the restaurant appeared and tasted. I ate a little of my chicken bowl and was done. We will not be returning to this location. Yall owe us $52.61"

"So Yummy! So clean. So fresh. The team was sweet on our first visit and we were pleased with the options. Good portions and good flavors. It kind of gave me, "If Chipotle and Moe's had a baby" vibes. Lol! Loved the salsa varieties... spicy garlic was AMAZING! Definitely a frequent easy spot to put on my regulars list."
