"The condos are smaller than i thought. Our particular condo was not the cleanest with mildew around some AC vents. The entry door was swollen and jam split so opening and closing was very difficult and loud. The walk to the beach was on a boardwalk which was ok but about 1/3 mile walk. It wasn't bad but I would say it was economy level at best. Oh and watch out for gators, they walk through the complex."

"Our condo was nice, but we probably won't stay there again. The place is pretty dated and the flooring outside our condo, and down the hallway, could really use a good cleaning."

"Worste Vaction Ever Rented through AIRBNB... NEVER AGAIN...RENTED CONDO AT the Hilton Head Resort... Condo had no AC.. rented a condo so we could cook our food instead of eating junk during our vacation. Wasn't able to cook because it was so hot that gave me an awesome head ache.Most of our food was wasted.. Made Reservations through Airbnb... They never tried to compensate us for all the inconveniences that we experienced during our vacation at this Resort"

"The condo was clean- no dirt, dust or bugs. Pool area was nice. I had an issue with my lock upon arrival and the owner was very responsive and helpful. Location of condo was perfect. Kind of a long walk to the beach but it was a nice boardwalk and they offered a shuttle. I really needed the beach cart they listed as being in the condo, but we made do. Beach was very nice. The condo building was very old and parts of the garage ceiling were missing in several areas. Our condo looked like someone liked DIY projects. Furniture was old and repainted. Walls had very obvious touch up paint everywhere. The master bathroom was so small I had to remove the toilet paper roll to sit on the seat and I am an average size gal. Water pressure was incredibly weak. Beds were pretty uncomfortable but the couch and kitchen table were nice. Had an odd smell and obvious water damage on and around door. Kitchen was crazy small- you could not empty the dishwasher and put dishes away in the cabinet. No ice maker. We made it work and had a great stay, but I wouldn’t stay there again."

"If I could give them less than a star I would. They send you messages saying to review them on their FB but you can't do that. After our stay they sent me this "If your own bed now feels a little small compared to the one in your Unforgettable Paradise room, I wish to offer our sincere apologies." Which really takes the cake. We had a bed that was completely collapsed on all four sides! If you didn't sleep right in the middle you'd fall off. Electrical socket in the children's room right by the bed had no face plate on it. There was no crock pot as advertised. The door to the balcony was so filthy you could barely see through it at all. There were marks all over the walls. The sauna had a big crack in the ceiling. The ceiling garage underneath our building was literally falling down and water was running out. I was terrified to walk under it. Outside of our accommodations, our trip was excellent. We will never stay with Unforgettable paradise again."
