"“HORRIBLE SERVICE”. So with the kids in school I decided I’m going to have me a pamper day. I walked into this nail shop to get a manicure and pedicure. The gentleman asked me what I wanted I told him I wanted a full set and a pedicure. His attitude was rude and unfriendly but I decided I’m going to have a good day and try this nail shop out. Once he started doing my nails I specifically explained to him how I wanted them done he then proceeded to do them the way he liked not what I wanted. He squeezed my fingers the entire time and was very rude when I asked him to correct it. I explained to him if I am going to spend my hard earned money I would like to get my nails done the way I wanted. At that point when he was completed with my nails I told him don’t worry about the pedicure because I didn’t want do anything but get out at nail shop. When it was time to pay he charged me extra for coffin nails. Please see the picture below. These are clearly square nails. There are a million and one nail shops in the area, please choose one that is going to appreciate paying customers."
