"This is my second time getting food here and my last. Both times the wings were cold and fries were soggy mush like soaked in grease and cooked at too low of temperature. They have forgotten to give items that I paid for both times. I made sure to check the second time and found they had forgotten my fries. Had to wait an additional 10 minutes after waiting 1 hr for my order so 1hr 10 minutes. The workers there have no work ethics, yet I assume they want higher pay. So many employees in there but everyone moving so slow with no care in the world. Such a good franchise but the workers will bring that business under. Stay away. You have been warned."

"Ordered at store. Busy, but didn't take an unreasonable amount of time. Got some free fries for filling out an online survey. They had some difficulty bagging the box of wings. First time they upended the box and a bunch of sauce spilled out and got all over the bottom of the bag. Pulled everything out..new bag..did exactly the same thing again. I didn't object. I just held some napkins under it and put it on the floorboard. It was a mess. Wings good fries were good. Friendly staff."
