"They had the lights off to appear closed to the public. It took 20 minutes for my meal even though I was the only customer I was told there wasn't any ice cream that was the main reason I went there When my meal came out they put it in a small brown bag and did not give me what i paid for"
"Trying to get lunch here on a lunch break is nearly impossible. Service is extremely slow. It looked like they had one poor girl working the drive-thru window and taking out the orders and maybe one person cooking for lunch rush and that's it. I sat at the order microphone for like 10 minutes before finally getting to order. Food took forever to come out. Also, are all sonic locations just doing away with the drive-in part of the business? I've been to 3 different Sonic's and they tell you they aren't serving on the drive-ins anymore. The sign even said "pick a stall, any stall". That's one of the things that makes sonic unique. Don't make me waste time parked in a stall while the line fills up just to tell me no ordering from the stall."
"Yesterday (oct 19) I was hungry at 9 PM & decided to go here. When I pulled up to the drivethru, a guy asked what would I like to order. I asked for a sonic cheeseburger meal combo. He asks “with fries or tots?” & i picked fries. He then asked which drink & i answered. I also wanted to get a chicken sandwich for my friend & the guy then says “oh im sorry, were closed” & i said okay. I thought that was weird because online it said they close at 11, & its always been that way. Also, why take down my order & when it becomes “too much”, you say you’re closed? There were also 3 cars waiting for an order. The guy over the mic sounded very feminine (sorry if you’re the guy reading this review i do not know your pronouns so i am sticking to identifying defaults) I understand Sonic might be low staffed because I once came here before & a guy with long brown hair assisted us, letting us know that he’s the only one making food and taking orders. He was kind. But this person from yesterday was a different story. please if work ever gets too stressful just go home & write a note. I understand we all hate working, but please remember a purpose of a job is to work. Not just sit around and get paid while people are hungry, lying about being closed. As well as wasting my time with allowing me to order.. If you dont like the job you applied for then just quit. At least be honest about the wait time"
"If I could leave no stars zI would. Husband and I wanted slushies and decided we wanted some food too. We get home and when we opened the husband’s double burger there was no meat. Tried to call back using the number on the receipt and it says the number is disconnected. We drove back up and made the manager aware. He said he would “take care of it”. After waiting over half an hour and no other cars in the lot we decided to leave. This is the second time we have had a negative experience at this location. We will never come here again and recommend to absolutely no one."
"Waited in the car line for over 20 minutes to get food. When I got to the window they did apologize for the wait as it was only 2 cooks working at that time. I ordered the toaster club along with two other items. I ate the other items and saved the sandwich for later. Around 10:50pm I decided to eat it, warmed it up for 30 seconds and took a bite. I only got a small bite in when I saw what looked like a big fried onion that I bit into. In fact it was the chicken, it was soo dried up and tuff that I didn't even want the sandwich anymore."
