"Yesterday was my bday and I went to get my nails feet and strips put on my eyes Emily did the nails and the strip. I told her to stop at the first eye it was burning. She kept going till I said stop and had to snatch the lash off My day was messed up even thought they got the glue off My kids is lightly burned my eyes been burning since yesterday. I will be requesting a refund I wanted to enjoy my day/night and couldn’t I’m still in the bed. I am livid All the pain I suffered I should have walked out there paying anything. I won’t be back I’m scared Not only that my crystals came off n the polish coming off"

"Very disappointed and upset at this establishment.. I usually come here to get my eyebrows threaded but this time I came to get a wax because my appointment got cancelled. I got a wax here before and it was fine no problems at all . This time I fell like the lady that did it had no experience with waxing. She said my hair was too thick which it was not . It was just enough hair on my vagina to wax . I have never had a problem with someone waxing me ever . She begin to cut some down and when she did she put the wax on me and it wasn’t even hot enough . She pulled some of my skin off and also started shave it down instead of waxing so basically I paid a 100 dollars for a shave I could have did myself .. and she also nicked me .. unfortunately they didn’t do refund .. it was for a very special night that is now ruined .. next time if you know you are not experienced with waxing don’t suggest to do it . never going there again"

But I often suffered from breakage and injury as the length of time receiving the service thinned my nails. I type a lot as a professional and modest nails are preferred. So, no fancy designs for me. But I like the quality of work and care at Solar Nails. It’s been two months and only two appointments. But the location is convenient and clean."
