"I went to this nail salon because I didn't want to drive far to get to my usual nail salon. This was my first true outing that wasn't a medical appointment since I'd got out of the hospital a few weeks before. After spending almost a month in the hospital I needed to feel like me again. So after a trip to the hair salon I tried to find a nail salon close by. And this one popped up on Google. Upon my arrival there was no wait, and someone I knew said their prices were great as she was leaving. I didn't ask her was she getting her natural nails done but I should have. As I'm getting my pedicure, she does excellent until she gets to the bottom of my feet. After she applies the cuticle remover, she uses sandwich bags, yes that don't even cover my entire foot. Then the second person starts on my manicure. My nails were really thick and strong. The nail tech even said so herself. Instead of soaking the nails to begin the removal of the gel polish, she uses a rough electric filer and caused my nails to basically be filed paper thin. And they have a crater where she went too deep that is visible when you look closely at the polish. I kept saying, you're filing too much. She smiled, not sure she understands what I'm saying and moves on to the next nail. Fast forward two weeks and all of my nails, except 1 have broken off, right where she filed so much that I could see a huge dip/crater in my nail. I am so upset about this. My nails lasted through everything I had going on while I was in the hospital, for weeks, but not here. And BTW my heels are still rough and horrible. I was so disappointed. IF you have natural nails, with gel polish, DON'T GO HERE FOR SERVICES. Your nails will be gone!"
