"I’ve been here a few times for a few different services, but this is definitely to brag about their prenatal massage. I have gotten two from other places but none have made me quite as comfortable. They have the pillow to allow for a big belly so you can lie on your stomach. I’m 36 weeks, but I wish I went here for my previous prenatal massages. I’ve never been more comfortable during my pregnancy!!"

"My experience with Rosewater has been nothing short of a disappointment. Despite receiving a gift card, the front desk person botched my appointment date, and the lack of confirmation or reminder messages left me unaware. When Rosewater called to notify me of the missed appointment, their refusal to acknowledge their error was infuriating. To add insult to injury, using my gift card required paying a hefty $105 no-show fee. When I called to speak with a manager on this matter, the manager insisted on at least paying a 50% fee for the no-show appointment before I could rebook. Since when is it acceptable for a business to pass the cost of their mistake onto the customer? While on the phone, the manager also told me that she would be able to waive the no-show fee 100% if there was proof that their employee booked the wrong date on the initial appointment. However, no proof exists because any text or email communication from the spa is “courtesy” and they’re not required to send out. Their refusal to accept responsibility and insistence on making me pay the no-show fee is a blatant display of poor customer service. The manager's demand for payment, rather than addressing the spa's shortcomings, showcases a complete lack of accountability. Save your time, money, and sanity by steering clear of this spa with its infuriating approach to customer relations. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this spa at all costs."

"I received an eyelash lift and tint from them and it was just okay. When I got home I noticed there was residual glue on my eyes as well as stains from the eyelash tint which really didn’t do much for my eyelashes. I will say on a positive note that my eyelashes overall do look better and when I put mascara on they are more noticeable than before. I would return for this service again and the young lady who took care of me was very pleasant and overall the spa was very lovely."
