"Ordered online and the drive thru seemed closed. Several empliyees inside. Not sure what they were doing. Ordered food and then was told they aren't taking orders. Another car rolled up to the drive thru and were turned away as well. I gues they shutdown the drive thru lights but forget folks use the app. LOL. Whoever the franchise owner is, needs to pay their store a visit. Doing a chargeback now. Will be contacting the franchise owner. Avoid this place. There is a Wendy's and a Hardee's, McDonald's & Taco Bell closeby."

"Friday 12-22-23 at 7:30 pm . we live locally and decided we wanted to try a whopper for the first time. The wife and I rolled up at 7:30 pm on a Friday night, one vehicle in front of us we heard the employee take a large order. Next up we got to the mic and heard "WE ARE NOT TAKING ORDERS RIGHT NOW" I asked her to repeat what she said and she repeated it. So I was like your have got to be kidding me , then silence. I pulled around to double check the inside counter and All doors were locked. First and last time ever at this dump. Ownership has to clean house on this place after reading all the bad reviews."

"AVOID AT ALL COST - Was on a long road trip and my girlfriend wanted to stop for a whopper. We pulled in on a Friday at 3:30pm. No cars in the parking lot and since we were driving, I had to use the restroom. I tried all three doors and they were locked. There was a worker behind the counter who seemed to just ignore me. I returned to the car and we took care of our dog first. We tried the drive through and waited for absolutely no response. We decided to simply leave since it seems like a lost cause. After reading other reviews, sounds like a blessing in disguise."

"Went at 9:45 and no one answered order box so I pulled up to window. Sat there with another car for 20 minutes just to see if anyone would come. Then decided to be petty and ended up waiting for 1 hour and still no luck. I’m actually still waiting right now as we speak. All lights are on machines on orders on the counter. Starting to think may be possible abandoned ship. Who knows how long I’ll wait. Who’s gonna win this stand off? I’ll keep you updated. Update: I made a lap around the building and when I rolled back to the window, I saw the employee. The joker was hiding from me for 45 minutes. Bro comes up to the window and says we closed. This isn’t over."

"Got here at 10:45 a.m. nobody customers were inside and very few people were going through the drive through. It took them 20 minutes to get my order to me. I ordered a bacon and cheese whopper and a spicy chicken wrap. They left the bacon off my whopper. Pretty bad experience. I won't go back."
