"Spent 20 minutes waiting on food. Was skipped and multiple people who ordered long after I did got their food. Wasn't until I went up and asked that they even started my order. When I mentioned it had been 20 minutes I was told by the worker "The screen only shows its been 17 minutes 49 seconds" Not the first bad experience here but certainly won't be going back. I'll go to the one on Pooler Parkway instead."

"I was staying at a hotel within walking distance of this location. I ate dinner and breakfast here. Both times I felt they didn't want me there. They were distant, had a rude tone to what few words were said to take my order and generally seemed like they were upset that they were having to talk to me. These are not customer service friendly people and if they can be this way in front of me I questioned how they are with my food back in the kitchen. My food tasted ok and the restaurant seemed clean but I won't be returning my next time through."

"The manager helped me with some online app issues that I was facing trying to place my order. She jumped right in and fixed my problems right away. The food was piping hot and I couldn’t have been happier with my experience! Thank you for making my day better. :)"

"What I'm about to give is my opinion of the Cravings Box and it used to be a $5 Craving Box but this isn't that and I don't think those exist.The one star is for closing early, FAT FREE SOUR CREAM and the fact that the $5 box has doubled in price and it looks like everything was premixed in a bowl of only fat free sour cream. And the center of the food in the photo looks like Mama Bird Baby Bird.a.k.a the food was pre chewed. Btw ,yes I ate what I could and imagine all of the contents of this 4 piece box wrapped up in wet toilet paper and the only thing saving you from choking is a large beverage that comes with the meal.First pic is of the Toasted Chalupa,Second is the hard shelled Taco,the third is the 7 layer Burrito. The last in which I didn't take a pic of his tortillas and cheese, probably pre bagged chips and the cheese was in a can. I picked apart the last photo to see it's contents and all I saw is compressed ( I guess ) meat,beans. I didn't see cheese. However I saw the " Fat Free Sour Cream". Fat Free Sour Cream should be banned because if you have no problem digesting anything in the menu then your Sour Cream should be as fatty as possible.However i am having difficulty eating the burrito. It's like eating a welcome mat and the contents is the dirt. My opinion and I am being nice.We all come here over and over again in hopes that one day they get it right. No such luck this time."
