"Terrible job. Waited 20 minutes and they never brought my food out. When I did get my Frisco Burger it was on bread not toasted. Then told me toaster was broken. Greasy fries. Never going to this location again."

"Dennis is singlehandedly changing the entire experience at this Hardee's location. I have been multiple times recently and his customer service is one of a kind. Burgers and fries were hot and fresh. I really hope management values his customer skills. Thanks Dennis!"

"Mr.Vertis is the best thing that has happened to this store . I was properly greeted at the door and instantly felt like I was home , I was a little picky about what I wanted but he assured me my meal would be fresh and correct and he kept his word, I didn’t have to be picky about where I sat because the whole store was extremely clean and my food came faster than I thought it would , I will be coming back to be a regular from now on , I’m so glad Mr.Vertis is the Gm now !!!!!!!!!"

"This Hardees must focus its best employees on the breakfast shift, based on the other reviews I saw. We went here for lunch and after waiting 25 minutes, we got cold fries, cold grilled cheese and the complete wrong sandwich on one order. I ordered a Super Star double and got a Chicken sandwich! As I waited for the replacement, I watched every customer have some type of problem with their order. There was no ice in the soda fountain and our sweet tea was unsweet tea. It was a clown show from start to finish."
