"I am here waiting on order and I observe the spanish looking female cashier drop some sauce containers on the floor and pick them up and place them right back in the bin to be served on someone’s plate. This was at 8:47pm 2/1/24. I’m nothing short of amazed as I use to work in fast food and would never. Maybe management needs to do some training on this issue."

"Use to eat Zaxbys like twice a week. They've gotten rid of everything I really liked (Cajun club, onion rings). Today I went and ordered cheddar bites and nibbler meal with hot honey mustard. Got to the window and they were out of hot honey mustard sauce, so I got ranch instead. It's already annoying that I'm going with a backup of a backup of what I really wanted. I got home and I was given 1x ranch cups. That's barely enough for a nibbler meal as it is, but the cheddar bites are supposed to come with ranch as well. So really, they gave me nothing to replace it. My nibblers are also way overcooked, I can taste char and they are tough. $20 meal for one person, wtaf? Super disappointing that this place has fallen so far from what it use to be. There's a reason they're really only busy on Sundays."

"Ordered Southwest Grilled salad to go. When I got to my hotel there were 3 small pieces {1/2inch cube} on the salad. There were 6 pieces of tortilla strips. The eggroll was burnt to crisp. It was late and I didn't feel like driving back to the location. It looked like the kitchen was getting low on ingredients. Usually this location is very good in terms of food quality. This time it was A HUGE failure."

"I've been a lover of virtually every Zaxby's location I've visited, and this specific one is certainly no exception. Their menu never disappoints – from the tasty buffalo chicken fingers and perfectly toasted Texas toast to those all-so-cheesy cheddar bites. And, of course, who could forget those delicious chocolate chip cookies? If there's a minor drawback to mention, it would be the extended wait times during peak hours. However, the impeccable quality of the food and the overall experience always make the wait worth it. Highly recommended for a memorable and flavorful meal!"
