"Website for deliveries is not accurate. Even though it says delivery via ‘Panera’, contact ‘Panera’ for help etc. Panera will NOT help you. They will only defer accountability to anyone else. Such a shame. No food, no refund, no resolution. Don’t waste your money on a delivery."

"Never make a mistake with the squash soup! It is so so delicious! And the "everything. But the kitchen sink" cookie looks amazing! It is so big. Make sure you share it!"

"I hadn't been to Panera in awhile and used to really enjoy it so gave it a shot when relatives were in town. The prices have gone up over the years - $33 for half a sandwich, half a salad for me and a sandwich and bowl of soup for them. We didn't even get drinks! That's just insane. It wouldn't have been as bad if the service made up for it, but that was awful too. The girl ringing us up acted as if she didn't want to be there, was not friendly at all and gave everyone else cups for water but me. The lady serving the food (shouting out names at the counter) was so rude. The way she talked was condescending and nasty. She had on a shirt like she's the manager so I'm assuming she was in charge. No wonder no one else was friendly if that's their leader. It was just a really sad experience for the price and I would not go back of recommend this spot."

"As always Panera Bread pulled through. I ordered a sandwich I haven’t tried yet and it was pretty good. Not my favorite of their sandwiches but it was good ! I’m a huge sandwich person so Panera Bread is one of my favorite spots. Not much else to say besides they always come through with great food and friendly service."

"The cashier at the front was friendly. Most of their most popular menu items were out of stock, such as bread bowls, Mac & cheese, pastries.. the kitchen staff weren’t wearing hair nets or masks. There was no rushing involved, as they worked at their own pace. The food tasted good, but left us still hungry."
