IHOP

"This was a wild experience... We walked in around 8:20 and there was only one other table seated in the restaurant. The waitress was fantastic but the food we received was subpar to say the least. Our kids all got chicken tenders which were overcooked, dry and hard. I ordered the new Nashville hot melt and onion rings. The melt was completely black on the outside with dry chicken on it. My husband was the only one out of the 6 of us who had a decent meal. He ordered the BYO omelette."

"I ordered through DoorDash 2 orders of eggs, bacon, and hashbrowns, as well as a side of bacon, tonight. After all expenses, fees, and tips, it was $53. Very high, but okay. BUT, I only received HALF the order, and what I did receive was a mess. I received the eggs and bacon, but they gave me only a spoonful of hashbrowns. And remember; I only received HALF my order in the first place. The bag was stapled!! IHOP ripped me off over $20!! What a ripoff!!"

"My server was Brittany Sloan and she was amazing. Had our order right and made sure our drinks was refreshed. I think Erica was the manager she came around to check on every table to make sure everyone was enjoying there services while dinning at IHOP.."

"Up on entering this restaurant you could tell they were short staffed. However our waiter/ server/cashier was very nice and professional. We observed her welcoming new guests, seating them, taking orders and cashiering back to back. She did forget the fruit that comes with the order which was brought out after the issue was addressed. However the fruit was not fresh."

"Thought we would grab a good brunch meal at one of my wife's favorite chains. This was our first and last visit to this particular restaurant. My wife ordered an omelet and I ordered chicken fried steak. We waited a long time on our food and when it finally arrived, it was barely warm. My wife's omelet was dryer than the AZ desert with cheese drizzled on top. My chicken fried steak must have been dropped in cold oil. The color was pale and the flavor was missing completely. More like a rubber dog toy TBH. To describe the amount of time it took, I drank all the coffee in my cup and the carafe...and no one checked on us. I've attached pictures of the food we left on out plates. We didn't want to eat it all and did not take it with us."
