"Although I was comfortable with my natural tiny afro, I wasn't happy. So after searching online and reading reviews I called and spoke to Melanie who was able to see me that very same day! I was so excited because usually I have to make an appointment which sometimes could take days. So I brought a couple of pics for style examples. She was so easy to talk to and professional. She went straight to work. She was very attentive while relaxing my hair. (Which I appreciated, from past experiences other stylist would work on multiple heads or leave for a long time while my head burned.) I felt so relaxed I thought I might fall asleep during the wash. I'm not sure what she used but it was light and aromatic. I promise you it felt like time flew, because next thing I knew she was done. Words cannot explain how I felt when I saw my hair.
