"We went to Jersey Mike's tonight and got there at 7:56pm and was told they were closed. One of the employees looked at the other and said really. Then I looked at their hours and, they are opened till 9pm. Their lost, we were getting 3 large sandwiches and plus tip, but instead I went home and cooked a delicious meal and saved us the money on take out. I'm originally from NJ, Point Pleasant to be exact and Peter Cancro would be very disappointed on how this Jersey Mike's treated a paying customer."

"Love me some Jersey Mike's! Had a great experience today thanks to a super friendly staff member. Dee welcomed me right as I entered and was great about communicating with me and my mobile order. She prepared it perfectly and even offered me free chips as an apology for the brief wait. Thanks for being awesome Dee!"

"You could not ask for a friendlier staff. I have never had an issue with a dine in experience. However, today makes the third time in less than 3 monthsI have not gotten my food! I run on a very tight lunch schedule and I always order with the intentions of arriving 10 minutes after they say my order will be ready to give hem a little extra time. 3 of the last 4 times I have ordered ahead my food was not ready and I was told it would be a 5-10 minutes before my sandwich would be ready. Ordering on-line means you pay ahead. I always tip 20%! The last three times I left with my chips and drink and NO SANDWICH. I'm out $30, still hungry, and will go to Publix from now on for my lunchtime needs."

"This is easily one of my favorite “fast” sub shops no matter where their location is. I highly recommend using their app when ordering around lunch time it makes the whole process so much easier plus you can manage your shore points much better. Enjoy!"
