"When I visited with my friends the employees were nice and very respectful. Plus the food was FANTASTIC. The service was absolutely amazing & I definitely would recommend to everybody looking for a GREAT SUB stop."
"This location has become garbage. The employees are rude and lazy. I was sick so I decided to go through the drive thru and there was a sign on the window to call them to let them know that you were there if they didn't come to the window. So I called nobody answered mind you I could see two employees standing there talking with each other then I lightly tapped on the window to get their attention they looked at me and roll their eyes and turned around. You can definitely tell those employees have never owned a business or cared about the one they worked at for that matter."
"I have eaten here in the past and had many great experiences so it’s only fair to give this an unfavorable rating of a 3. I got a sandwich, #15 nothing additional added. When I got home it was basically falling apart. The top bread had started falling apart due to the heavy mayo and mustard and being cut so thin in comparison to the bottom of the bread. Also the sandwich was cut at an angle when I recall they use to be cut up and down. This all contributed to my sandwich falling apart."
"Just ate. Literally minutes ago. Ordered an Italian special. The women working were busy but greeted me and were friendly. The woman who took my order was doing an amazing job running the grill, making sandwiches, and taking orders. My sandwich was delicious as well. Thank you"
"Decided to stop here and grab some dinner. This assoc. was in a hurry to tell me they were closed. Clearly on their clock it was not 8 pm yet. Then she told me she wasn’t go to make my food and to just take my business elsewhere. She actually told me to just go to another Baldino’s. Apparently they only have time to make food for themselves before they clock out. Don’t be rude when customers are just coming in expecting to get service DURING business hours. As a business owner I would not appreciate an employee sending money out the door. And I’m sure they didn’t pay for the subs they were making for themselves."
