"Monday evening, an hour after order was placed I called. I hadn’t received any updates when trying to track my order. The guy tells me “we only have one driver and he won’t be back for a while…so yea it’s gonna be a while. I can ask him when he gets back to take your order next.” So my pizzas have just been sitting there and I’m expected to know this because it’s my fault they only have one driver? Don’t do delivery here. I can’t imagine what it’s like on a busy Saturday night. Also my subtotal $60. You’re supposed to get 1 reward point per dollar. I received only 2 points. Not a big deal but feel like I’ve been ripped off in so many ways tonight… and still don’t have a clue when my pizza may come P.s. You shouldn’t give people a “Marcos promise delivery time” if it’s not going to be anywhere close to that?! I’m currently 40 minutes past “promise time”"
"This is the second or third time they just never show up and never call. If your expecting reliability this is not your place. Pickup is great and the food is good just need to work on the delivery."
"Terrible experience tonight. Showed up when they told me to, waited an additional 45 minutes. No pizza, ended up going next door to Publix and getting frozen pizzas and cooking them at home. Coulda saved 90 minutes and a lot of frustration by doing that in the first place. Fingers crossed they credit me my money. Not a good experience at all...."
"Had a great experience at Marco’s tonight. The last several times have all been great! They had a great carry out deal and I ordered the breadsticks for the first time. How did I miss these?? They were perfect! Highly recommend"
"Coming from the northeast we know how pizza is supposed to taste like especially “the Italian way”. This is not it so they should get rid of that saying from their box. And 2 medium pizzas cost 30$. What?! And the dough tastes like store bought. We really were expecting a better tasting dough here considering it’s not dominos or Pizza Hut. I mean the dough is identical to those places. Oh did I mention they don’t deliver before 4 pm? Within the 2 miles? Ridiculous, won’t be ordering from here again. They get the 2 stars because pizza was hot and done on time"
