"This isn’t the first time I’ve paid and ordered ahead of time just to find out this location is closed. The location is marked as open until midnight, it’s not. All entrances are blocked off and locked. Adjust your hours if you aren’t going to be open!"

"This was the worst McDonalds I have ever gone to. There was a line of 5 ppl deep so I didn’t the kiosk the girl waited on 2 ppl while I was doing the kiosk and then just dipped out. The people in line seemed super pissed. Meanwhile me along with 4 others waited die food while we listened to the staff playing and laughing and telling each other no you get that and I’m not doing that. Someone told them to get to work and they continued to get lay and say I’m not doing this and arguing about who’s doing what. It was a total clusterf—k the entire time everyone listening to these “children” playing and having fun while travellers are anxious to get back on the road. It was literally a toxic location. We get our food and my nuggets were not fully cooked. Insane. I have never had this at McDonald’s. I’m still in shock at how bad the experience was. I will definitely avoid this location from now on."

"This is the most inconsistent fast food restaurant I've ever been to. Consistently. Drive thru is closed 50% of the time, you're always waiting 15-20 minutes for anything, and then I've come 5 different times in 2 months and the whole restaurant is closed because the "system is down" and 2 of those times the manager and other worker wanted to give me an attitude because i needed a refund because i use the app. I hate leaving reviews, but this stuff happens way too often for me not to warn you guys."

"This location is ok but needs better management. I ordered medium fries and they didn't even fill the container up. I also ordered a McDouble with extra onions, lettuce and Mac sauce and I received a McDouble with almost no sauce or lettuce, which I had to pay extra for, and no onions(picture). The manager in training (Will) did make it right but this wouldn't happen if they were paying attention to their job instead of playing around which could be heard easily in the lobby. Also this location doesn't have table service. They don't have the numbers on the kiosk and when your order is ready they unprofessionally yell out your order."

"Supposed to be open 24 hours! Nope! Quarter pounder with cheese last night was overcooked, drowned it didn’t ketchup, one pickle and onions that were mangled! What the hell! Was just told that last night they ran out of hamburgers meat at 7 o’clock! No hamburger meat whatsoever. People were coming back because they weren’t putting meat on their hamburgers!!"
