"Staff to threatened to call police when I questioned why they were closing early on a Saturday night. Staff continued to serve their friends inside facility while they refused service to paying customers."
"Hit this drive-thru at about 9pm with a craving for fries & a double cheese burger. Upon arrival, there were about 2-3 cars in front of us. The car just in front of us was waiting about 10 minutes for their food. Then we waited about 10 minutes. In total, more than 20 minutes for "fast" food. By the time we left, there were about 8-10 cars stacked up. The employees didn't move with any sense of urgency for customer service. Window attendant initially told me the total was almost $20. I told him all I ordered was burger & fries. Then he realized he wasn't even looking at the right order. The fries were not as fresh as expected, but the burger was decent. Will not be going back to this McDs."
"I went this place ,it is not clean ,food is delicious but not hygiene.toilets are very dirty.zero hygiene."
"Greetings and Salutations, I placed an order at 7:25pm on the McDonald's app. I arrived at McDonald's at 7:39pm. One employee walked by, and i asked if a cashier was available, and this was 15 minutes after me waiting inside McDonald's. He then points at a young lady who's on her phone while i wait. A couple of Uber Eats drivers came in and grabbed some orders. Ok. Now I slide to where I can see the cooks. One cooked asked for my order #. I yelled it so he could hear it. Still, no one comes to the cash register. By this time, it's now 8 pm. I slide to the open part for employees to walk in and out. And this young lady in the pic on her phone got an attitude because I called her a cashier. Don't argue or get an attitude with a customer, Lina. Yep. The manager then asked for my order . I told him he said my order was not coming up on the screen. He goes to the drive Thu cash register and pulls it up. We had words. My response was, "How do we resolve this long delay?" He said it's on its way. I did not leave McDonald's until 8:23pm. A whole hour has passed. McDonald's get it together. Or shall I say employees get your attitudes together. Savannah, GA is way different from California. I see why a lot of fights break out on the East Coast. I say that because you see a lot of waffles house brawls. Thank you Savannah,GA McDonald's."
"Please explain why you can’t keep your frozen drink machines operational. First it was the milkshakes. Now it’s the smoothies. A week later they still aren’t working. If they are high-volume orders it would behoove you to maintain the equipment for more sales. It comes across like you don’t want to make these drinks after a while, particularly with certain locations. I ask that you get it together!"
