"Just got my October Money Market Account statement, with a notice that my interest rate had been reduced from 3.54% to 1.98% and they actually think I might find this to be ok? I have been with this bank since 2000, and since it has become Truist, it has been a straight downhill decline. There is just too much competition out there to think for one moment the public will find this acceptable."

"Bank 15 minutes late opening on Saturday. Could see employees walking around who could care less. When finally open teller gave look as if “ what’s your problem”. Loved BB&T. Their employees appreciated seeing you. Truist merger has created worst banking service I’ve had in 45 years. Try to reach corporate and you’re on hold for hours. I know this review is local and you don’t care but I’ve gave same review to corporate. Recommend people bank with a company that cares."

"The Branch Leader Joseph Errera is absolutely worthless. You can’t count on him to do anything for you. I’ve left him 2 voicemails, sent 2 emails, and called into the branch and left a message with someone else, and he never responds. So I’ve had to go in there three times in the past week to force him to do something and he still doesn’t get anything done. He’s a lazy fraud of a human. 0 stars"

"If I could give a 0 I would. I went through the drive thru with $750 deposit. Julian only gave me a slip with $730. Some how $20 came up missing from him doing the deposit. I have a business account and had counted the money right before handing it to him. Went inside to have them recount his drawer and he laughed at me while talking to another customer! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I would have fired him for mistreating my customers."

"Went in to withdrawal money from my business account. Seems like they are having issues with the new bank cards. Daniel the teller told me I needed to wait until someone called me on the phone. I clarified that my immediate need was withdrawing money from my account. Guess he didn't understand, asked his manager how to get my card activated. Then said I needed to wait and probably would get a call after hours - Odd. I again said Daniel I need to withdraw money, that was my immediate need. Not sure if he was embarrassed that I wasn't doing what he was telling me to do. He proceeded to raise his voice - so everybody in the lobby could hear, "how much money would you like to withdraw from your account?". I said Daniel it would be good to keep this conversation between me and you. He then got angry and said I don't like the way your talking to me, I've decided not to help you. After that odd ball and self obsorbed response I had nothing nice to say. To managment: this is a bank where I keep my money and Daniel works for this bank, is he new or simply does not care about the customer? Not a good look. Ended up driving to Daniel Island no pun intended and the teller was immediately able to withdrawal money from my account."
