"My experiences at the closest BOA to my house are not good. Long waits, no drive thru, inconvenient lobby hours, and usually only one teller working during peak hours are all frustrating me with BOA. I dread having to go to the bank, and I usually leave feeling very stressed! I also do not agree with check policy; when I deposit a check in my account i do not have access to any of my money for at least two days???? BOA, you need to do better! Minimally, you should have at least two tellers available for customers from open to close!"

"Worst customer service. I’m the ONLY person in line and the teller is more worried about her vacation days and what day she needs off for Marks birthday then to help the customer right in front of her. If she wasn’t available she should have walked away from the desk or had a sign up but she literally finished with the customer in front of me and then just straight up ignored me. Didn’t say just a moment or anything and after a few moments of waiting I asked if she was open and she said it would be a minute, then went on to complain about how a coworker asked off every Monday coming up... yeah I could hear the whole conversation. Can you figure out your personal time off maybe on your personal time? I work in customer service and that would absolutely NOT be allowed."
