"We stopped to refuel the truck, get drinks, and to use the restrooms. I had to clean the seat before going. I was lucky to have toilet paper too, because the stall closest to the handicapped one was not flushed and there was no toilet paper. It looks as though it's not cleaned regularly and not checked regularly either."
