"I placed an Uber Eats order and the order was wrong! I ordered 2 leg and thigh combo and got 2 hard chicken tenders and hard fries!! It wasn't edible!! You better try ordering inside the restaurant because your order won't be right if you order online!! This is the second incident from the same location..."

"This has nothing to do with the worker (she was very nice). There was ONE person working. She was doing everything! She said someone called out and the GM was sick. I understand being sick…..but someone else should have been called in or the store should have been closed until more people could come in. It also brings into question food safety (changing gloves, cleaning other things) when you have one person holding the store down. I hope this situation got better."

"Worst customer service ever. Your employees could care less about your business. Every time we've been to this location, they are out of everything!! Worst experience of my life. The Girl working the drive through didn't speak to us once, or even look at us! Just held her hand out for my payment, still not looking, then handed my card back, without looking, and I had to lean out my window to reach it, and so I snatched it from her. Only then, did she look at me, and then starts yelling at the other employees like she was insulted. We're now boycotting ALL Bojangles. Absolutely the worst service every time we've been."

"Horrible experience. Placed an order through the app for two tenders combos. Get there and park in curbside. Suddenly the app tells me to call the store. I try calling and get a busy signal. I get out of the car to go inside, but the door is locked and there are no signs to indicate that they are in a drive through only mode. So I try calling again while standing at the door. This time it rings but no one is answering the phone. So I get back in the car and go to the drive through speaker. I tell them I'm picking up an order through the app and the woman tells me they don't have access to online orders. But then she asks my name, and then proceeds to tell me they are out of four different things, all of which were in my order (that they "didn't have access to" supposedly). I say I've already paid so how do I get a refund. She says I have to call in the morning because she doesn't know how to do it. If you run out of an item, there should be a way to indicate that in the app so people don't order it, drive all the way there, and end up with nothing. Customer disappoints lead to customer loss. I will never order from this location again and will think twice before ordering from others."

"Worst Bojangles i have ever been to. Lady on mic was pushy and rude. Ordered a 4 piece chicken supreme, got three tenders and a nugget. (See picture) Out of all sauces except for one which they won’t tell you until you’ve picked a sauce. Sweet tea tastes old overall worst experience at a Bojangles ever."
