Cook Out

"Worst cookout I have ever been to!!! The service was unbelievably rude, and they also got the order completely wrong. I said chocolate cherry milkshake multiple times and was just given a chocolate milkshake. This may seem small but combined with the rude service of a drive thru member, cookout has lost me as a customer for life. Completely unacceptable."

"My boyfriend will sometimes be "bad" and get this for us and it oddly never disappoints. I don't mind the grilled chicken and fries, he likes the burgers, quesadillas, and cheese bites. Always hot. I recommend!"

Today's Aug 14, 2023 I love Cookout Food but I must give you feedback when it's not right! Today my I purchased 2 BBQ plates. Hushpuppied hard as a rock because they were cooked twice! Coleslaw, look at the pictures the cup is tiny already and only half full. Delicious Coleslaw but get real only 2 bites! Good amount of meat and fries no complaint!!! Do not allow employees to recook hushpuppies and please fill that tiny Coleslaw cup!!!!"
