"Great service and the good was incredible. We had the fish sandwich and buffalo chicken sandwich, coupled with an order of fries. FYI, the fries are very large. Don't think you can eat them by yourself. Very glad we found this place. Will gladly return to taste more of their deliciousness. Thank you guys for the great service and food."

"Great spot for lunch. Beer was ice cold. There sandwich of the week was a pepper jack cheeseburger with pickled banana peppers. Never thought about banana peppers on a burger, but it was quite good. If you find yourself in Charleston looking for a great spot for lunch, check it out."

"First time here, and the food was absolutely delicious! My only knock was the whiskey sour. It was pretty bad. The Scottish egg is a must!!! Some of the best beer cheese fires I've ever had!!! A must if you're in town."

"Food: Fries are excellent! Seems like high quality homemade ingredients. A lot of the options are heavy outside of salads so be prepared for a hearty meal. Service: Came at lunch time was very quiet inside the restaurant. Service was short and to the point, but accommodating of a kids request for an off the menu meal. Ask about beer suggestions on the rotating draft menu but wasn’t able to provide any insight. Atmosphere: Great environment, looks very old world but nice setting. Alt rock music at a good level. Exposed brick everywhere. Overall: A good spot to pop in. Maybe the food we ordered wasn’t the right choices compared to other reviews."

"We came into town for my sons graduation and stuck around to be shown the area. Which, of course, meant food as my son is a foodie. To start off, this place is a pub, a very beautifully decorated bar with solid tables and a welcoming environment. The staff were knowledgeable, however not very attentive. We showed up a bit between lunch and dinner, so they weren't nearly as busy, but we still waited nearly 20 minutes to get a refill. That 20 minutes was from the time they asked if we would like a refill. But that's my negative, and i have not much else to complain about. Our burgers were cooked perfectly (chefs bacon cheeseburger), and the ingredients were fresh and full of flavor. And in the hot summer weather we were cool enough to enjoy our late lunch. Definitely stop by. Our service could have been a fluke."
