Reviews
"Best place for a short walk or run with the views. They have public restrooms and a wash off area. Dogs are welcome. It is a Charleston park, so if you have a gold pass, it is free. If not, it is a small fee or donation. You can see the sunset, and the path is right next to the river. It's definitely a place to check out if you are trying to get out of the city feel!"
"Brought my son here for a quick ride. Such a beautiful trail. The boardwalk was our favorite part. Bathrooms were super clean and parking was easy to pay on phone since we didn’t have cash."
"Great place for a walk. Lots of fun birds and even a few armadillos"
"This is a favorite walking trail of mine. It's got 3 different terrains: paved, boardwalk, and gravel. My toddler loves it, it's stroller friendly, dog friendly, and it is never super crowded. I would guess the whole thing is less than 2 miles. The restroom has been super clean when we've had to use it as well."
"The parking lot is a little bit small, but today wasn't very busy. The park has nice wide open trails through beautiful Forest. A nice long boardwalk takes you out to two islands in the marsh. The whole walk is only about one and a quarter miles, but it's very refreshing. Unfortunately there was a recent problem with the Asian longhorn beetle, so there are some parts of the Walk where a few trees have been cut down and cleared out. Don't let that stop you from visiting, because it's still a very nice park."
