"I came in today with my daughter for her birthday to get her nails done. I asked how much it cost to do a pedicure, to paint my toe nails, a lady there said $25 I said ok great. So I roll up my pants & sit there then she starts the pedicure. I said what about the massage/scrub? She said no that’s not included. I said oh ok. How much is it for that, that was what I was expecting. She said $30 for pedicure. I said great let’s do it, only $5 more. Then she says no you have gel nail polish so that would be $45. I don’t mind paying, but had I was told fully the prices & menu before hand I would have chosen the pedicure for $30 with regular mail polish, not gel. Then to top it all off, my daughter when she was finished with her nails, she was upset because the colors didn’t look like the ones she chose. Yes the numbers were correct, but she chose a light blue & light purple, but they looked like white tips. When I asked about the color, the lady who did my daughters nails, laughed, rolled her eyes & walked away, as if I was trying to just not pay. I was going to pay regardless, although I felt upset for the confusion early, that was just miscommunication. But my daughter was not happy with her first time getting her nails done because it wasn’t the color she wanted. When talking to them, I said maybe y’all could do another coat of nail polish for her? They were just rude in my opinion, & it was hard to communicate with one another, when I spoke to explain why I was confused, they would start talking at the same time & it was just not the experience I wanted for my daughters birthday. Really disappointed. It felt only transactional, like we as customers did not matter. We walked in happy & so excited, & left unhappy with service. I wouldn’t have paid $25 for a pedicure if I’d known it didn’t come with the scrub/massage. And if they truly cared for their customers, they’d have made both issues right. Just so disappointed. One lady at the end, she did say she didn’t mind giving my daughter one more coat of paint but at that point I didn’t know if I’d be charged $25 for it or if she was going to do it free because the color was not right, but I was tired of being there & after my experience I wanted to leave immediately. Also it was time for my daughters birthday lunch. So I thought about coming back for them to fix them, but I’m just going to find somewhere else to fix them. Really so upset about my experience & my child’s."

"i always come by here and something was always wrong with my nails, cindy never did them right. She'd take too long and shave them down too far and they'd be too short and my cuticles would be red and hurt. Then my nails just wouldn't be how i asked but i tipped and kept coming bc they were always so nice and i felt bad telling them i didn't like them. Last monday i came by for a fill in, they charged me $50!!! for a fill in??! and claimed it's bc i asked for ombré nails which i did but she botched it so bad it wasn't even ombré. AND i waited for THREE hours and i couldn't even leave bc they had already started midway and left me like that for another hour and a half to finish. I came back today to ask for a refund bc $50 already is insane for a fill in but they started peeling 3 days after i got them done and the nails were different sizes on both hands. I even told them they could clip my nails off. Cindy yelled at me through the phone saying it wasn't her fault and she will absolutely not give me my money back that she can only "fix" them. cindy (the owner) was so rude made me cry in the shop bc of that i will never come back again nor will my sister or mother or any of my friends. Cindy needs to learn how to keep her temper under control."

"Not a great experience over. My nails (hands and feet) peeled within a day I went for a repair. Toes are good now but the rest of my nails are starting to peel, plus the shape isn’t what I really wanted. Pic below is after 4 days."
