"Great service. Short wait. Good deals on season pass. I have recently been having issues with arrival time on app being off by 1.5 hrs. Idk exactly what the problem is, but nobody seems to know what the problem is. It's very aggravating to leave work early and lose that much money, and still not be able to get a haircut."

"Can make online reservations. Reservation is an estimate not a guarantee. If you are early estimate can be off and your left with 40 mins. To which they want you to sit and wait. Because if you leave that's where the fun begins. If you leave you won't get a guarantee message for the "batter up" I know I didn't. I am receiving it now after taking my business elsewhere. When I walked in and saw 40 minutes left I decided to take a stroll literally next door. Grabbed a coffee. At this point 28 minutes left. Walk back in. 28 became 48..I was skipped over for a first available due to them not seeing me sitting there for 40 minutes. I had someone in specific reserved, I wasn't 28 minutes early to the arrival time so yea why not skip me. That makes absolute sense. Poor managing of customers time and value over just taking whoever is there. Things like this don't happen in larger towns or cities for a simple haircut. I know they will continue to thrive on the simple business here in this small town, however they won't have my business anymore. You set up online reservations for a reason, to save time. If the times never match up because you want to skip your customer then your just saying we don't matter."

"I would rather have my hair shaved by a blind farmer than by Sports Clips of Greenwood. The level of professionalism shown by Sports Clips equates to that of a hustler on any bad street around the World. Avoid this place at all costs. Go to Lowe’s to get your hair cut before going here."

"I have been going to Sport Clips of Greenwood for several years and have always chosen the first available stylist. Today my stylist was a young lady by the name of Shayla Richey. Shayla was very attentive to me and gave me the best service and haircut/grooming I have ever received. I have now found a favorite stylist whom I will request on future visits to Sport Clips."

"They don't listen to what you ask for, took my son in there (he's a very shy 16 year old) and got him all set up, went next door for ten mins, came back and they had chopped his hair way shorter than we agreed upon - the young lady even double checked with me before I left "no length off the top right?" Well I come back and its less than half the length on top. What can you do at that point? You can't put it back on. They basically just cut it how they feel regardless of what you specify. Definitely the worst sports clips I've been to."
