"I had appointment with Kimbrell and wanted blonde on top because I have the dark on bottom. This was my first time to this salon . She put foils in top and didn't bleach my new growth in some places. The places she did bleach she didnt let it stay on long enough .I didn't notice all this till I got home and started really looking at it because she styled it and sprayed it in place with hairspray. She charged me $150 for a few foils. I have never had to pay that much for half head of foils! And I have to go somewhere else and pay more for them to fix it. My hair is uneven and she cut short layers in it when i told her long layers. When I complained she said my hair was compromised and it would take several sessions to fix it no apology ."

Although not that important, to me, they adhere to masks inside and wiped down the washing chairs between each client. (This will be important for others and I want to give props and kudos to the salon). It was a wonderful experience and my hairdresser was amazing!!!"
