"Well I am giving the Purple Door 1 star due to my experience with trying to book an appointment with a certain hair stylist. I originally scheduled for a Friday afternoon appointment (on 09/22) and keep in mind, this appointment was scheduled a week and a half prior to the scheduled appointment day. Well three days prior to my scheduled Friday appt, on Tuesday evening (09/19), I get a text saying she wanted to go to a concert Thursday night and she wanted to move my Friday appointment to Thursday afternoon (09/21). I told her I couldn't easily move appointments during the week due to my job (I was using PTO for Friday's appt), so she had offered me Sunday morning (09/24). Well Saturday morning (09/23) comes-the day I am writing this review-and she wants me to all of the sudden come in today and I was like well I prefer to see you on my scheduled day, so she said that was fine, she'd still see me on Sunday. And then Saturday night at 8:23pm exactly, I get a text from her saying she now randomly has friends over from out of state and she wants to do my hair during the following week, for an afternoon appt after I get off from work. At this point, it is 3 strikes you're out-how do I know it won't be moved a 4th time?!?!?!? And to make matters even more frustrating, she had literally canceled my Sunday morning appointment on schedulocity before I had even sent her my final response. Like what if I had still shown up to the building?? This was incredibly unprofessional, like if you don't want to do my hair/don't want or need my money for whatever reason, please just tell me....please do NOT waste my time and keep canceling on me to accommodate your personal plans. It's one thing if it's an emergency, but none of these things were emergencies-just incredibly poor planning on her part. I will be finding a new stylist that doesn't make me feel like I am a burden. I will take my business elsewhere."

"Always a nice environment to be in, their massage was wonderful, facial was fantastic and they really listened to your skin concerns, and I had a Brazilian wax done there recently that went great! I was a complete baby throughout the process but in the end the results were fantastic. They are also great about fitting you into their schedule to get whatever service done and the girls there are just super friendly! I didn't have an awkward moment with them at all. Prices are moderately priced for the service. They are definitely going to be my go tos when I need spa days again!"
