"Made an appointment for a haircut. I arrived about 10 minutes early. The stylist said I have a few ahead of you. I sat down to wait. As she took a lady to cut after my appointment time I listened as she laughed and told the lady that she was way behind. She giggled as she said how she thinks people are used to how slow she is and that she was so behind because of walk ins she had taken. The utter lack of any professionalism or concern for those who had taken the time to make an appointment was astonishing. I won’t return."
