Dr. Dunlap did root canal procedures on me twice & both times were very pleasant each time throughout the whole 3 step procedure. he’s so nice & comforting & made my experience great each time, he made sure i was comfortable & constantly checked on me throughout out my work being done. i’m so thankful to him & the entire staff"

"Dr. Dunlap is a wonderful dentist! He goes beyond to help restore/save your teeth! When I first received his services it was a Friday before Christmas a few years ago and he was the only one in town that didn't care to be bothered ! He told me to come right on in! I was in severe pain from an abscessed wisdom tooth and he helped and relieved my pain within an hour! I will forever be grateful to him! As for the office Norma Jean is a great manager and helps my family anytime it's needed. Many others are great as well but ya know one bad apple can rot the whole bushel as the saying goes. My down point is a few employees have cancelled my needed apts within minutes of no response from me which is ridiculous because then I have to reschedule months down the road for priority needs. It's actually made me almost find somewhere else to go. It's bad that such a wonderful dentist is losing patients cause of this reason cause I know this has happened to others that have actually confirmed appts to arrive and be turned away saying they didn't confirm in time or at all. I'm old school and if a patient didn't confirm for maybe the reason being they didn't get the text or email and to be cancelled is absolutely wrong in my opinion. Unfortunately the patient would say hey I need to be seen and have been looking forward to this for weeks then get told sorry u have to reschedule. This upsets patients & then be told you're being rude u have to leave is astonishing. If Dunlap will get these bad apples out of the bunch the practice would be wonderful cause Dr. Dunlap deserves praise for his work! Terry is also wonderful!! I had stains on my teeth that my prior dentist never got off and Terry removed them within 2 minutes!! I recommend Dr. Benjamin Dunlap whole heartedly!! I do have issues with some worker's BUT PLEASE KNOW DUNLAP IS A VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DEDICATED DENTIST AND IM PROUD TO CALL HIM MY DENTIST !!"
