"I gave it only 3 stars on food because the ribs had no flavor at all and the collard greens had so much salt they had to be sent back. I love salt but WOW it was alot. They agreed with me and offered me something else. The service was outstanding. I did enjoy the brisket. It was moist and not oversmoked. It could have had more salt. The pulled pork had good texture but no flavor. The mac n cheese was just like homemade with the browned cheese and not too much cheese sauce. The most enjoyable part of our meal....FRIED OKRA!!! Hands down the best fried okra I have ever eaten in a restaurant. I will come back and try again just to have the okra. Thank you to all the staff. You guys were attentive to our needs and friendly and the restaurant was clean. Thank you for a wonderful meal, I hope to give you 5 stars on food on my next visit."

"Our first time visit. The ribs are par boiled, sauces are very runny. Flounder is a bit greasy. plates don't come with a side. Hush puppies under cooked. Sides are $3. Extra. $41+ for a small plate ribs and small plate flounder. 3 sides. No drinks."

"Excellent barbecue!! Ribs, chicken, pulled pork and the brisket were at delicious. Fried okra and Brunswick Stew also delicious (stew was a bit spicy, but still good). Reasonable price for barbecue. Give 'em a try!!"
