"My wife is gluten free and no one could tell us what had gluten and what did not. I had the hibachi steak and shrimp with a side of chicken. The portions were small and the food was very underwhelming."

"A friend and I stopped in Seasons of Japan today for the first time to grab some Japanese food to go. We were helped by a kind cashier, whose first day was today. Before I even left the cashier my food was ready. The kind interactions at the counter made us want to stay awhile and eat inside. There needs to be more service like this in the world!! The food was 10/10, our cashier/service was amazing, and the dining area was cleanly. Thanks for a great lunch!"

"Seasons of Japan always has amazing food,I never eat in there so I can’t say much for their interior, feels like one of the first locations and kind of outdated, other than that good service"

"This low review is because they never refunded me for their error in double charging me for an order. On 11-28-23 I paid for my order and the POS system froze up. The manager reset it and a day later when I checked I saw where they double charged me. I went to the manager and he tried to fix it with a free order which aggravated me as I told him specifically I wanted a refund. The food there is not worth $53 I was charged total. He told me that someone would contact me and let me know it would be resolved after giving him all my details, and it’s been over a week and still no call or refund. I will not be going here ever again."

"This place seems to be a very popular, local place for quick-service rice bowls and sushi. I got the Monster Roll and the another deep fried roll. They seem to all come in to-go containers with packets of wasabi and ginger. Although I didn't try out the side packets, the sushi wasn't bad. I'd recommend the Monster Roll over the other one I ordered. The service was okay. It is all meant to be quick service, so you order at the counter and wait to pick up your food. The atmosphere is busy and unremarkable. People are constantly coming to pick up their orders. There are drinks and plastic forks at the side. My favorite part of the restaurant is the self-serve station of yum-yum sauce. Overall, would recommend for quick, to-go sushi."
