"The 7-8 drop offs do not take big boxes. Rite-Aid on 107 was the worst. 2 times I dragged this box that had a gas tank to return, the same rude blond cashier told me the first time.. We are too busy to make labels. All 2 customers with two cashiers. Bulls..t. Second time, the label maker is broke ??? Oh, we can't take that big box. I had 3 other FedEx returns but got shut down. So I left with so much frustration and dragging these boxs back n forth, over n over killed my back. Thank you Rite-Aid and all the other FedEx drop offs for your Courteous, Helpful, Awesomely RUDE cashiers that have ZERO customer service. They have no business dealing with the public. Put them in the back room n let them stamp prices on your inventory. Not sure I'd let them take inventory because they would put the wrong price on the items n you would either lose money or get rich. MCDONALD'S WANTS THEIR CASHIERS BACK!"
"THIS IS THE 3RD PACKAGE THAT WAS DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. CAN NOT GET THROUGH AND CAN NOT GET ANY HELP. WHYYYYYYYYY IS FEDEX IN MY AREA DELIVERING MY PACKAGE TO THE WRONG ADDRESS ALL THE TIME. NO PROBLEM WITH THE ANY OTHER MAILING INSTITUTION BUT FEDEX THAT DELIVERS TO MY AREA"
