"Customer Service is terrible over draft fees are very high. I had a deposit to cover my expenses on Thursday November 9th m. They didn’t put my deposit to be available until today November 13th. I called to request the fee be reversed they declined saying due to previous fees credited and the Federal Reserve give dates when funds should be available. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs."

"I went here today with a friend, I do not bank here but accompanied her to do her business. I was amazed at the staff and the setup they have. Fredrika was exceptionally helpful. Helped me get some copies of things that I needed and they even had a donut and coffee bar set up. I was very impressed and I wish all banks had employees like Fredrika! Highly recommend."

"Do not do business with grow financial. Their interest rates are garbage. Their online banking user interface is among the worst I have seen. Everything seems to be way more difficult than it needs to be. all they do is collect interest pester you with their pathetic "security" system and seem to invest no money into customer service. trying to pay off a lump sum on my account ended up being an hours of my time that I will never get back. and then they call me right afterward to validate that these payments are correct. I miss the call and then have to wait on hold for 45 minutes just to tell them that no one had stolen my identity to pay off my loans. just such a waste of time. I cant wait to pay off my loan and wipe my hands of this scam."
