"EDIT: In the spirit of grace I edited this review. I did have an issue where my wig was cut incorrectly and poorly styled and the matter was mishandled by the stylist who did the work. After I took the matter up with the BBB, and the owner, Ms. Fant, immediately reached out and resolved the issue. By compensating me for the wig and the services I paid for, I was made whole. Ms. Fant apologized and also told me that I could/should have come to her, though unfortunately at the time was not an option as I did not have her number, and didn’t feel comfortable returning to the establishment. My husband even went to pick up the money that was refunded and to cover the cost of the ruined wig. Considering that there was only 1 negative experience out of 10+ great experiences, and amendments were made, I feel that my review also needs to be amended as it should encompass all prior experiences (and I just found out today that I could edit my reviews)!! All, literally, all of my other experiences were awesome!!! Ms. Fant and Ms.Tina were always kind to me and my girls and our hair always came out amazing!!! I remember sitting in my truck afterwards taking selfies and calling my husband and daughter to show them how good it came out every single time. My two daughters also got their hair done at Snaz-Z’s because of the great job they did on me!! Snaz-Z was a place for me to unwind and engage in self care!! The conversation always made me feel cared for and the services were truly spot on! If you have natural hair like me and need a deep conditioning, blow-out, trim, and silk press for a reasonable price… I would highly recommend going to Snaz-Z Hair Salon!!"
