"Terrible service. Nobody was at the restaurant, but I waited about 7 minutes at the drive thru to pick up a mobile order. When I said I was picking up a mobile order I was asked to pull forward to wait on my meal. I then waited 20 more minutes only to get food that was not hot or fresh. I do NOT recommend coming to this Burger King."

"Lately, the slowness I could forgive, but cold fries and hash browns, I cannot. Their timing hadn't gotten better. Don't even let you order at the drive thru, tell you to pull forward. Obviously understaffed."

"We went inside and the mean lady said " put your order in the kiosk". The kiosk was not responding. There were no customers and 3 staff members. No one at drive up. We finally get the meal and the burgers were warm and fries were scorching hot. Never again! The parking lot is always empty. No need to wonder!"

"They are slower than molasses in January!! I do not recommend coming to this Burger King if you have any limited time on your hands. They also charge you extra for condiments."

"I am writing this review for the excellent customer service from Alyssa at the drive through window. She was so polite and friendly over the speaker. When I drove around she greeted me with a smile. I really appreciate her pushing the Tea tab down on the lid to my drink because it was easy to figure out which was coke and which was tea since both drinks were the same size. I did have to wait a few minutes for my order but again she was so friendly when she brought my order out. She thanked me, and told me to have a great day and be safe. I know to some people this may seem like she is just doing her job but all those little things add up to a wonderful customer experience. Even though Burger King is fast food, I still appreciate great service and a great attitude no matter what type of restaurant I dine at. Thank you so much Alyssa! You’re great at what you do and deserve the recognition! And thanks to your manager for hiring you! Great job y’all!"
