Rush's

"Had a chili cheese burger, fries and potato salad. We ended the meal with a banana shake for my friend and a hot fudge sundae for me! It was a fantastic classic meal!!! Our cashier was great and I had a little chuckle when I looked at the hand drawn car on our ticket...it made my day!"

"It's a typical fast food joint. Order, pay, eat. That's where it ends. I had one of the best fast food burgers ever. Place was fast food boring but immaculate. I'll go again."

"Food is good but they can't seem to make an order right to save their lives. While it may be a minor thing to come home and realize you've got pickles when you didn't want them or you're missing your chili on your burger, the fact that it happens EVERY TIME is ridiculous given the cost of the food and the time you have to spend sitting and waiting for your food. I get that y'all are busy, but making sure people actually get their order should be top priority. Not only is it just poor business to not care whether or not your customers get their order, but one day you may end up causing serious harm if someone is asking for something removed due to an allergy."

"I’ve been a regular custome to Rush’s since 2014. That was my go to fast food place, best in quality and freshness of any nearby Now I’ve noticed that since C-19 HOAX, customer service has all but been abandoned by businesses throughout the US. Unfortunately, Rush’s is no exception. The quality of the raw ingredients may not have suffered, the finished product is nowhere the specimen it once was. From stale rolls to wrong condiments, to clerks that tell the customer the order is correct without first looking at it, to outright refusal to provide requested information Over the past few yrs I have stopped going to all of the other fast food outlets for the same reasons. Now Rush’s has been added to the list . I am not going to try to explain what drives this lack of quality and customer service, it sure explains why some of Rush’s stores are closed, they all could use some closed time to rethink their corporate policies and or retrain (perhaps initially train) their employees"

"Excellent, fast and friendly. My daughters and I love Rush's. This one is the newest we've been to, and I wondered if it would lose its charm with an updated interior. Nope, it's really nice inside and the food was even a bit better prepared. No worries, the music hasn't changed, it'll take you back!"
