"Incredibly rude staff and unclean. We’ve come here 3 times and every experience there was either food missing from bags, rude employees, food so dry you can hardly eat it from it being cooked and left out and when we ordered sweet tea there were huge clumps of tea leaves to the point you had to throw it out. We’ll never go back to this location."

"9:30 in the morning and they have no coffee ready and have to wait 4 minutes for their number 1 Cajun chicken biscuit. It’s colder inside than it is outside and there is frost on the grass. Go to the other Bojangles in town, they got their act together and treat you much better"

"This establishment needs better management. There is no reason that with no drive thru line that nobody is at the front to take orders and people are waiting for nearly ten minutes. Better customer service and better management."

"The chicken breast I had tasted tainted. The chicken was tough in the center because it was under cook. Fries was over seasoned and biscuit was flat. Please hire managers and workers that care about the quality of Bojangles food."

"I was told a 6 min wait on steak biscuits. Was told to pull up and it would be brought out. Was waiting 45 min. Then finally got my bag. Drove off and got half way home and my fries were not in my bag. Went back and was given cold dried up fries. This new restaurant should just close down. This is the forth time food has been left out of my order. This place is sorry as hell. Even if short handed and long waits the order should be correct and edible‼️‼️‼️"
