"I love Sonic! But this location has got to be the absolute worst in the entire franchise. I stopped going here because they routinely got my order wrong. Then when addressed, their response was that I paid for the incorrect order, so they could fix it but I would have to pay for the correction. I have listened to the manager(s) have similar conversations and blame the customer and have a poor attitude about it. Properly training employees was not part of the conversation."

"Couldn't get an order right to save their lives. Had to repeat a small order 3 times and they still managed to mess it up. Legit cannot go there without them messing up my order. A place devoid of work ethic and common sense. Be better ."

"I went to McDonalds last week to pick up an order ahead. They said their app wasn’t working any they couldn’t do anything. I told them I was trying to feed my kids and they said the money would come back by the next day. After that I went to this location defeated and told the young man at the window my situation. I asked if I could have just 2 corndogs for my kids and he asked me what all I wanted. The young man than paid for the food and told me he was expecting a kid of his own. Just wanted to say this is the kindest thing I have had happen to me. Keep up what yall are doing"

"We spent $50 for a family of 4 (2 of which were kids) their was no chili on the chili cheese fries and no bacon on the bacon cheeseburger. The food was good though just wish the order had been right. Also, there was red sticky stuff on the water and milk bottles"

"The Sonic was renovated a few years ago and it’s still very nice. There is an area outside for people to sit and dine outside. There is a big screen TV on the outdoor patio too. The drive thru line moves relatively fast. The slushee’s and milk shakes are so good. They have afternoon happy hour specials for drinks. Some family favorites are the onion rings, hot dog, and breakfast sandwiches."
