"Nikki and the other ladies were nice enough. However she left so much hair and residual wax. I cannot move, stand up, or adjust my clothing without there being painful pulling. There is a huge margin of hair with a bunch of wax all tangled in it that I am having a hard time getting out myself. Walking around is immensely uncomfortable because of the pulling and all my clothes are sticking to me. It hurts and I am upset because I didn’t even get a thorough wax. She spent a long time making sure she got every short little hair out of the top part and then completely excluded underneath. I will still have to shave if I want to wear a bathing suit, completely negating the point of the wax. I will not be returning."
