"If you are looking for someone who can style your hair or just a plain natural look, then she is for you. She literally damaged my hair and has no clue how to create color. My hair is so damaged because she fails to listen and only does what she wants to do! Over processed cheap color. I.had to fix my uneven hair cut and still dealing with frizzy damaged hair that was also poorly distributed. Rosa has yet to commicate back snc also a reason for my review. Honestly, the worst experience ever!! You can go.to the hair schools and the students will do a much better job."
