"Booked an appointment through the phone and specifically asked for a stylist that was good at dying red hair. Got booked with Taylor. Wanted my hair taken down in shade (never had a problem with it not lifting). She sits me under the dryer for two runs and it doesn't lift... she tells me that there's basically nothing I can do. (I box died my hair two months ago). I ask her to please just give me an all over color similiar to mine (Auburn). She goes to the back and tells me that she has no red hair dye available and that my only option is to go darker. This was not an option and so I left without my hair being done at all. To top it all off, Taylor was very non-social and did not seem like she wanted to be there that morning. This is a pitty because this is one of the only salons open on Saturdays."
