They often expect me to be the middleman between my insurance company, doctor, and them and I get to waste my working days on hold while I get a myriad of excuses and blame games between all three parties while I don’t have the insider knowledge of what they even need or what I need to ask for from any party. I’ve waited weeks for prescriptions for the last time. CVS won’t get my business for so much as a pack of gum anymore."
