"Filled out an application with a dealer for a building. We are a typical American home owner. You know, blue collar. The type like most, paying payments on their place. But my credit is less than perfect for a basic finance on a building, so I chose RTO. Everything was fine. Then after a few days I get a call from these folks saying I have to have the deed to my place or something and that they cant rent to own my building. Like, if I owned my land out right is the only way they do rent to own. No one owning their land clear with no payments is going to in their right mind choose rent to own when they are obviously in a better credit place to use land as collateral on a loan. People choose rent to own because they have credit issues. People choose rent to own as a last resort. Just so you all know, you will need a deed to your land to do rent to own with these people. I hate businesses that do something in a way that wastes peoples time like this. If this “requirement” was up front on the website or in the application I would of stopped right there! I we t back and couldn’t even find this as a requirement on their website."

"The absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever endured from a company ever!! Highly unprofessional , calling your customers and threaten them when a payment is missed and straight up, told me on the phone from two different representatives that if I couldn’t afford something I shouldn’t have bought it and continued to threaten me and then going to send me a threatening text message to my phone, which I have screenshot it and this company will be sued mark my words!! The company that came out and delivered the shed, crushed and destroyed our sewer line which had to be replaced!! Which we had to pay for!! y’all will be sued!! MARK MY WORDS!!"
