I got a judgment for a 1000 I never used. The judge also was very rude to every person there but the lawyers. Something is going on here!!! You are scamming poor people and its wrong! I am barely eating now I'm not. Horrible company!!!! Also using our judicial system for this , ots crazy we pay to get sued for stuff we didn't do. It's a joke!!! Hope you all sleep well."

"Showed up in court. Talked to one of the LVNV representatives before court opened. We hashed out a settlement. Everything was fine till we got notice that "we never showed up for court" and settlement was against us, bank account has over $3000 taken (and there was not $3000 in the account - so now overdrawn by $2000). These people are cheats and liars. Do not trust anything they say. Get everything in writing and do not let them speak on your behalf. Now hiring lawyer to go after them for falsifying documents."

"Horrible company sued me over an original amount of a credit card of $400. COVID happened and I was unable to pay it because of multiple spine surgeries. Now I am working part time 16 hours a week and just found out they're garnishing my paychecks and I never received anything about it and they can take 20% of my weekly pay of $432 before taxes. I am already basically homeless and they just added more to it to make me not getting my full paycheck. I hate this company. They are predatory and rude. Never received anything from them until they decided to sue me. And again my credit card only had a $400 limit but now I owe almost $2000. Nice to be broke and not be able to provide for my family and I have 3 kids. They are just awful and really i would give them ZERO STARS."
