Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

"Enjoyed a delicious Valentine's day breakfast with my Husband today. I ordered the Benny's Benedict with coffee and my Husband ordered Sirloin Steak Tip Hash Brown Casserole Bowl with coffee. We both loved our meals and the coffee was good as always. The service was good, we did have to wait awhile for our drinks though. There was also some confusion when trying to use rewards points to pay for my bill. Apparently corporate doesn't think it's important to train their employees on how the app works. They accidentally figured it out though so it all worked out in the end."

"Stopped here for lunch. It was about 60 percent full. Had to wait in the front for 5 minutes or so before we were seated. The waitress came immediately and we got out waters. Was a little while before she took our order, but we didn't mind. We ordered breakfast and lunch. The food came out fairly quick. I must say the fried chick was tasty. The breakfast food was not. My ham was tougher than cow hide and my sausage was drier than the Sahara. The eggs and pancakes were good. The cinnamon roll pie was not as good as it looked. It was cool. Would have been better hot. Got done. I must say, out server was one of the best. Went to pay at the counter. Only one person checking out and one person in front of me which was an employee. Looked like christmas gifts. The cashier could not get her info to come up, so there was a delay. Finally got the check paid and off we went. Overall, server excellent, breakfast food was not very good and chicken was great."

"Absolutely perfect, amazing food amazing staff and would highly recommend this cracker barrel to anyone and everyone!!! Try the chicken fried chicken or chicken fried steak. But for the holidays the turkey fried steak is friggin awesome!!!! We also had the sweetest, most polite young lady as our server!! I wish I would've gotten her name but she is in college to be a chemical engineer and her parents absolutely raised this youngin right. We enjoyed every minute and will go back!!! Also go into the little store they have inside even if you don't go eat there. They have Christmas ornaments, old fashioned candy, gifts, clothes all kinds of goodies!! I bought these ornaments for .99 ea except for the huge mushroom it was 3.99 but everything is on sale."

"I live in New York. We don't have Cracker Barrel. I never go south without going at least once. I love the biscuits. They have a lot of meat choices, but I make a nice vegetarian plate. Unless I go for breakfast, then PANCAKES! One thing I like about Cracker Barrel is the fact they've always consistent. Wherever you go you always get the same food. It's a good sit down restaurant. Great for a family. The desserts are great too. Warm with ice cream on top can't be beat."

"Even if it was 1 hour prior to closing, the food should still be fresh. What I received was unacceptable. Period. The chicken was dry. The okra must have been reheated, outside crusty but inside dried out."
